Salary: $150,000-$200,000/Year plus benefits package
Requirements: At least 10 Years in Project/Construction Management with large scale projects/buildings. Must have extensive management experience overlooking GC's, Contractors and the ability to travel up to 50% to job sites when needed. Engineering Degree Required.

What You Will Be Doing
- Compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates
- Coordinate, plan and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors
- Develop construction project with architect, engineers and trade workers
- Order and manage materials and equipment
- Provide internal reporting and projects for inventory
- Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress and adjudgments
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections and city guidelines are met
- Reviews various project documents through the preconstruction and construction process
- Perform the tasks of a cost estimator
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree/Engineering Degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 Years in a construction or project manager role
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Ability to Manage a team
- Experienced working with strict budgets
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Goal Oriented Leadership
- Computer Skills
- Organized and able to create timelines, budgets and schedules
- Knowledge of local and state building codes
- Able to connect and working with team members, customers and vendors
