- Represent clients in personal injury cases, such as motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
- Provide legal counsel to clients and help them understand their rights and options
- Investigate the facts of each case and gather evidence to support clients' claims
- Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to reach a settlement
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 3 years of experience practicing Personal Injury law
- Strong understanding of Personal Injury law and relevant legal procedures
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and work under pressure
- License to practice law in the state of Chicago
