Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and file lawsuits
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Schedule and attend fact witness depositions
- Retain all appropriate experts and attend all expert depositions
- Schedule and attend all hearings
- Prepare for and attend mediations
- Prepare cases for trial and try cases to verdict
- Prepare and file appropriate post-trial motions
- Attend file audits, litigation attorney meetings, and trial clinics
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 3 to 7 years of Personal Injury, Med Mal, and/or Mass Tort experience
- Trial experience is a huge PLUS
- Must be in good standing with the Flordia Bar
- Competitive Base Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 (DOE)
