With over two decades of experience, we specialize in a broad spectrum of personal injury cases, including:
- Auto Accidents: Representing victims of car, motorcycle, and truck accidents, securing substantial settlements for our clients.
- Slip and Fall Injuries: Advocating for those injured due to hazardous conditions on properties.
- Medical Malpractice: Holding healthcare professionals accountable for negligent care.
- $175k base/draw and total compensation can reach up to around $400k based on commisison, hard work and case outcomes.
- PTO/federal holidays/sick time

- Medical/Dental/Vision
- $100k life insurance paid for by the firm
- 3-5 years of experience experience handling bodily injury, and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
- The ideal candidate will have 1st chair trial experience and a good grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
- experience with depositions, and hearings, mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
- Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
