Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff)

Location: Tampa, FL

Salary: $175k comission, potential to reach $400k DOE

Requirements: 3 years of experience focused on Plaintiff Sided Personal Injury

Based in Tampa for the past 20 years, we are a distinguished personal injury law firm committed to advocating for individuals affected by negligence. Our firm has built a reputation for providing personalized, attentive legal representation across Florida. Due to consistent growth and continued success, we are looking to hire 3 more attorneys with experience in the following: 1. Medical Malpractice 2. Plaintiff Personal Injury (broad/general). 3. Windshield Defect Expertise

• Auto Accidents: Representing victims of car, motorcycle, and truck accidents, securing substantial settlements for our clients.
• Slip and Fall Injuries: Advocating for those injured due to hazardous conditions on properties.

• $175k base/draw and total compensation can reach up to around $400k based on commisison, hard work and case outcomes.

Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience experience handling bodily injury, and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
• The ideal candidate will have 1st chair trial experience and a good grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• experience with depositions, and hearings, mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
• Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
