The Nurse Lawyer is the only board-certified civil trial lawyer and registered nurse in the state of Florida. We are a dedicated vibrant group of professionals that maintain adaptability , teamwork , and communication to do the best we can for our clients. We also believe that while we are serving our clients, our work should be fun .
Our growing plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking an experienced trial attorney.
If you are the attorney we are looking for :
- You will have at least 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation or insurance defense.
- You must have trial experience.
- You will be detail oriented, driven, good under pressure, dedicated, and a team player.
- You will be described as hardworking, humble, enthusiastic, excellent with client communication, and compassionate.
- You will be responsible for the smooth and effective management of your own case load, with the help of paralegals and legal assistants.
- You will have the opportunity to handle your own cases through all phases of the pre-litigation as well as the litigation process. This includes all aspects of trial preparation and finalizing the closure of the case.
