Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee our energy production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with safety regulations, and driving process improvements to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Develop and manage production planning schedules to meet customer demands while ensuring quality standards.
- Monitor and manage plant performance metrics, including P&L to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Lead and mentor plant personnel to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety adherence.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols related to plant operations.
- Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and material flow.
- Develop and manage the plant budget, forecasting future financial needs and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management within the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in production planning and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting.
- Experience with energy systems and transformers is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
