Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the center and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Manage and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service
- Develop and implement programs that enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and feedback promptly
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Proven experience in customer service management and operational leadership
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience in healthcare management is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Salary: $110k-$150k Depending on Experinece
