Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for plumbing and construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and evaluate progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on project status, costs, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the plumbing/construction industry.
- Strong estimating skills with a track record of accurate cost assessments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industrial and commercial construction practices is a plus.
