Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of custom home construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager/Project Manager in high-end custom home construction.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
