Job Description
The Pre-Litigation Team Lead - Personal Injury will be responsible for managing pre-litigation teams in settling clients' personal injury claims. This includes reviewing demand writers' packages, sorting and reading through medical records, insurance correspondence, and settlement releases on behalf of clients. The successful candidate will summarize case facts and create persuasive arguments, negotiate with insurance adjusters to obtain the highest settlement possible, and maintain communication with clients throughout the settlement process.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Knowledge of state and federal laws
- Knowledge of investigative principles, techniques, and procedures
- Skill in interviewing and negotiation techniques
- Skill in searching records to identify and retrieve information
- Skill in formulating comprehensive investigative reports
