Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preconstruction process for projects from initiation to bid submission.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets during the preconstruction phase.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, and equipment needed for projects.
- Manage value engineering processes to optimize project costs and ensure quality standards.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project designs, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues during construction.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications
