Position Overview :

The Preconstruction Manager will oversee and drive all aspects of the preconstruction phase, including :

• Estimating (conceptual and detailed)
• Scheduling and constructability reviews
• Value management and BIM integration
• Subcontractor and supplier procurement
• Collaboration with project stakeholders, including Owners, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers
