Responsibilities :
- Focus on the preconstruction phase and assisting on business development
- Work with Project Managers in the buyout process
- Collaborate with the estimating team on final estimates, budgets, and value engineering efforts, creating detailed cost models, budgets, spending forecasts, and schedules.
- Generate competitive proposals for GMP contracts and present information effectively to subcontractors and team members.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and strategic partnerships.
