The Process Improvement Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement CAPEX initiatives and process improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement projects to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop CAPEX proposals for new equipment and technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in process improvement or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong understanding of CAPEX projects and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
