Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and design requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Ensure that all designs are compliant with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Develop UI/UX design specifications and guidelines to maintain a consistent brand identity
- Utilize tools like Figma for design and prototyping
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proven experience in product design, preferably in the healthcare technology sector
- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Experience in web and mobile design, with a focus on UI/UX principles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
