Product Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative designs that enhance user experience and align with our healthcare technology objectives. This role combines creativity with analytical skills to design and prototype user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Prior Healthcare/Healthtech experience is preferred for this role. Role is on-site in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and design requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Ensure that all designs are compliant with healthcare regulations and best practices
• Develop UI/UX design specifications and guidelines to maintain a consistent brand identity
• Utilize tools like Figma for design and prototyping
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Proven experience in product design, preferably in the healthcare technology sector
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Experience in web and mobile design, with a focus on UI/UX principles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
