The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical support, and promoting our products to key stakeholders in a variety of industries for their flooring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the commercial and industrial flooring market.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and sales teams.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers and internal staff.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to recommend suitable flooring solutions.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and product documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive product sales and market penetration.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in construction sales.
- Proven experience in flooring sales, specifically with epoxy and resinous products.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial and commercial flooring applications and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
