Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in resinous/epoxy flooring. The successful candidate will oversee flooring projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple resinous flooring projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress accordingly.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the flooring industry, specifically with resinous, epoxy, and/or polished concrete
- Strong knowledge of epoxy and resinous flooring systems and applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
