Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules to optimize manufacturing processes and meet delivery timelines.
- Oversee fleet management operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Coordinate with supply chain management to align production and logistics activities.
- Implement inventory management practices to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Monitor and control operational costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet production and transportation needs.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles.
- Proven experience in resource allocation and scheduling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and vendor management abilities.
- Experience with cost control and budget management.
