Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administrative management of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Support project scheduling and assist in maintaining project timelines.
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring all relevant information is updated in the project management software.
- Prepare and organize closeout documents for project completion.
- Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of goals.
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as Procore.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
