Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Architect/Project Manager with experience in DSA and K-12 educational facilities. The successful candidate will lead and manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations while delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in the design and execution of K-12 educational facilities.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, and construction administration.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with DSA regulations and maintain project documentation.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize Revit and other software tools to create detailed architectural plans and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5 years of experience in project architecture and management, preferably in K-12 educational settings.
- Licensure as an architect (AIA, NCARB) is required.
- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of DSA regulations and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
