Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with design intent.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Registered Architect (RA) or on the path to licensure.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficient in Revit (a must!), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative and functional design solutions. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types and scales.
- Experience managing projects from concept through completion. Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to identify and resolve design and construction challenges efficiently.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Salary : $75,000 - $130,000
