Position Overview
The Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress and report on status to senior management
- Utilize Excel for project tracking and reporting
- Prepare project documentation using Word and ensure all records are maintained
- Facilitate communication among team members using Teams and Outlook
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Assist in budget management and resource allocation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2 years of experience in project management or engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
