Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects related to high-voltage transmission and substations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to upper management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical utility construction industry, ideally with strong substation involvement.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
