Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of bridge construction crews.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all job sites.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to management.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in bridge or heavy civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of bridge construction techniques and materials.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
