- Oversee job site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-tier results.
- Plan daily tasks, maintain worksite cleanliness, and monitor schedules.
- Lead crews and ensure all field activities meet company standards.
- Conduct final walkthroughs, complete punch lists, and collect payments.
- Enforce safety regulations and promptly report any incidents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit daily reports.
- Ensure subcontractors follow company policies, safety guidelines, and uniform requirements.
- Work closely with installation supervisors and project managers to align on daily goals.
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in home improvement, construction, or project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct crews.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Physically capable of climbing ladders, stairs, and working outdoors as needed.
- A valid drivers license with a clean record.
