What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare budgets, project plans, & project schedule
- Maintain budget & report status throughout project
- Confirm all permits are in place
- Track & update project orders
- 3 years of Commercial Construction Management experience
- Ability to manage projects $10M
- DOT experience
- Solid computer skills
- Experience with procore or other construction software
- Strong leaderships skills
- Strong, competitive base ranging from $120k - $150k

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
