The Civi Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Connecticut's commercial construction market to oversee projects in the Hartford and New Haven areas.
This role involves managing projects across transportation, academic, municipal, and public building sectors. Experience in sewer, water, wastewater projects, and occasional healthcare fit-outs is desirable, though not required in every sector.
Our client, a well-established Civil / Vertical / Commercial contractor, has been a key player in Connecticut for over 40 years. They generate $60M in annual revenue, with consistent growth, repeat business, and internal promotion opportunities.

Compensation : Based on experience, up to $150K.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, in Hartford and New Haven.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and plans to meet client objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Track daily progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.
