Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track project status and resolve issues.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in commercial construction, particularly in office, retail, and historical renovations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
