Position Overview

The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on job sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing commercial, multi-family, and residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
