Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, design build, and estimating in the commercial construction industry, particularly in multi-family projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize estimating software to prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in commercial.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in estimating software and cost management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
