What You Will Be Doing
- Work directly with Superintendent on project
- Oversee all aspects of project completion
- Management of project budget, schedule, and quality
- Oversee contractual requirements and documentation
- 3 years of Project Manager experience
- Commercial project experience
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Ability to manage projects ranging from $10M - $20M
- Competitive base pay ranging from $80k - $110k bonus
