Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data center commercial projects from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and budget estimations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage interior buildouts, ensuring they meet specifications and operational requirements.
- Oversee data center operations to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards in data center environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the data center industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial project management principles and practices.
- Experience with data center operations and infrastructure, including raised flooring systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
