Project Manager--DOD Construction

What You Will Be Doing

Candidates should have extensive experience working for a GC on ground up and renovation projects and should possess knowledge of multiple divisions of construction. Company projects are diverse including AFB renovations/additions, elevator modernizations, SCIF projects, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and DoD standards.
• Develop project plans, including defining scope, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in construction management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in federal projects.
• Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and requirements.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in Construction Quality Management (CQM) is a plus.
