Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide on-site leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
