Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial painting applications.
- Conduct thorough estimates and cost analyses for potential projects.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the painting industry.
- Strong knowledge of coatings and commercial painting techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and estimation tools.
- Salary: $85k-$110k DOE
- Yearly bonus plan
