We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in steel construction. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting while providing accurate cost estimates to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee steel construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for steel projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with AISC standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the steel construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of AISC standards and structural steel design.
- Experience with pre-engineered steel structures is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
