Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design-build projects and will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and budgets based on design documents and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating within the construction industry.
• Proven experience with design-build project delivery methods.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
