Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land and site development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in land/site development or construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 (DOE) Bonus
