Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that cover all aspects of project management, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify issues, and develop solutions.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury construction or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
