Project Manager - Project Management, Underground Utilities

Overview

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of underground utilities and site civil projects. This includes coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management and experience working with HCCS HeavyJob.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of underground utilities and site civil projects
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans and schedules
• Oversee project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
• Ensure all project requirements and regulations are met
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in underground utilities and site civil projects
• Proficient in HCCS HeavyJob or similar project management software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
