About The Role

We are a leading Jacksonville home builder specializing in both custom and production homes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. We are dedicated to building high-quality homes that exceed client expectations and are looking for a skilled professional who shares our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and building codes.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage both custom and production home projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
