Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in construction or related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Tekla software for project planning and management.
- Experience in steel erection projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
