Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Steel Project Manager to oversee and manage steel construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing structural steel and miscellaneous metal projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of steel construction projects including planning, execution, and closing.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the steel or construction industry.
• Proven knowledge of structural steel and miscellaneous metal fabrication.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
