We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the commercial and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in managing project lifecycles from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedules, and resources required.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction and healthcare sectors.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
