Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in commercial construction
- Experience managing projects in the retail, hotel, casino, restaurant, and bar industries
- Strong understanding of ground-up construction and tenant improvement processes
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software and tools
