Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for educational construction projects
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans and schedules
- Manage the project's budget and financial resources
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Foster relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct performance evaluations of construction staff and subcontractors
- Lead initiatives for project improvement and quality assurance
- Advocate for the needs of the project at the local, state, and national levels
- Project Management experience with a focus on educational projects (schools) is a must.
- Strong understanding of construction practices and policies, particularly in educational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in budget management and strategic planning
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
- $100,000 - $130,000 base salary
- Discretionary Bonus based on Company Performance
