Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate energy-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power and Energy sectors, overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope and objectives.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial health of projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in the power/energy sector
- Ability to maintain or obtain Professional Engineering License
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading and designing projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing projects involving Renewable Energy or Thermal systems is a plus.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
