Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers and stakeholders to optimize project controls and cost evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software.
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather required information for scheduling.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Evaluate project costs and assist in budget management.
- Implement and maintain project controls to ensure schedule integrity.
- 3 years of Project Scheduling experience within the construction industry.
- Industry experience in transportation, rail, water, utility, telecommunications, DOD, and commercial buildings.
- Strong proficiency in CPM scheduling techniques and scheduling software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
