Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee and manage our commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, labor management, and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and municipal permitting requirements.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to keep all parties informed of project progress.
- Review and interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate implementation of construction processes.
- Utilize project management software, including Procore and MS Project, to track project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site meetings to discuss project status, address issues, and implement solutions.
- Implement construction management practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices and building codes.
- Familiarity with municipal permitting processes and requirements.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR training are preferred.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
