What You Will Be Doing
Multi-Family New Construction Projects
First Project: 50 Unit, 6 Story Podium - $25M Ground-up
Manage projects from start to finish
Work side by side with project management team
Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
What You Need for this Position
5 years of Superintendent experience
3 years of Multi-family Experience
High School Diploma
